SOW (Scope Of Work) RelishMIX will provide social analytics reports and insights about the movie’s reach and other notable observations  (“Campaign”) comprised of the following elements:

  • Stats - by social platform and page counts

  • Platform Segmentation - Reach by Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram

  • Targeting notes - by keyword, theme, motion pictures, comparable titles and more

  • TACTICAL INSIGHTS TO CONSIDER IN CAMPAIGN - TO-DO - Tactics extracted from client, distributor, partners, cast analysis by platform: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram

  • Reach - data driven insights on owned feeds, earned feeds, partner feeds, studio, the Movie, and the Movie’s cast, fans and brand partners

  • Activity - what is driving fan engagement and why? Daily, weekly and monthly aggregated activity and the impact of such activity on the Campaign

  • Cast: Reporting on engagement, special materials, issues, distribution and practical fixes. Which cast members are activated and non-social. How is their activation affecting the overall SMU (social media universe) Opportunities for activated, non-activated and non-social cast.

  • Conversation Analysis: comprehensive detail of what fans are saying, creative notes and changes that should/can be made

  • DEEP DIVE DRILL DOWN BY PLATFORM (included in the SWOT Report) - the individual sections for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter include the following detail:

SOW (Scope Of Work) RelishMIX will provide social analytics reports and insights about the movie/TV show’s reach and other notable observations  (“Landscape”) comprised of the following elements:

  • OVERVIEW: this section will give an executive summary of where the property stands - a diplomatic yet accurate assessment of the reach, engagement, cast contributions and conversation related to the series at this time.

  • QUESTIONS: we always include a page or two of specific questions we have for the client or thought starters for developing the social media pipeline as early out as possible. These can be related to characters, plot lines, specifics that we’re seeing from social discussion.

  • TRENDING STATS: how does the project compare to other series, films and franchises - and the client’s specific mix of comparable titles.

  • HISTORY & CONTEXT: We will comprehensively discuss the series from a reach and “tone” standpoint here. This section will particularly talk to those positives to capitalize upon and pitfalls to avoid.

  • OFFICIAL ASSETS: what is available to start engaging with Fans right out of the gate - and how does the social reach compare from a benchmark perspective.
